SCGB1A1 antibody - 100µg

The SCGB1A1 Antibody is a high-affinity, target-specific immunoglobulin designed to detect Secretoglobin Family 1A Member 1 (SCGB1A1), also known as Clara Cell Secretory Protein (CCSP), uteroglobin, or CC10. This small secreted protein (∼10 kDa) is abundantly expressed in non-ciliated bronchiolar epithelial (Clara) cells and plays a crucial immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory role in the respiratory tract.

This antibody is generated against a recombinant fragment or synthetic peptide corresponding to a conserved epitope of mouse or human SCGB1A1 and is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), and ELISA. It enables detection of native and recombinant SCGB1A1 in tissue lysates, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) lung sections. The antibody shows high specificity and minimal cross-reactivity with other secretoglobins or pulmonary proteins.
