STAT5A antibody - 100µg
STAT5A Antibody is a high-affinity immunological reagent designed to specifically recognize Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5A (STAT5A), a 90 kDa latent cytoplasmic transcription factor activated primarily through phosphorylation in response to cytokines such as IL-2, IL-3, IL-5, GM-CSF, and prolactin. Upon activation, STAT5A undergoes tyrosine phosphorylation (typically at Tyr694), dimerizes, and translocates to the nucleus to regulate the transcription of target genes involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival—especially within hematopoietic and mammary epithelial cells. STAT5A antibodies are essential for applications such as Western blotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), enabling precise detection of total or phosphorylated STAT5A in both native and denatured protein states.
